Role Overview:

The Call Auditor will be responsible for listening to and evaluating recorded calls made by our call center agents. The auditor will provide feedback, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that all calls meet our quality standards. The role is crucial in maintaining high performance, providing constructive feedback to callers, and ensuring that only qualified leads are sent to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate Recorded Calls: Listen to and rate each recorded call for quality, adherence to scripts, and overall effectiveness using our user interface.
  • Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to callers to help them improve their performance.
  • Identify Issues: Detect any issues or deviations from standard procedures and report them for corrective action.

Requirements

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to notice nuances in call recordings
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess call quality and performance metrics effectively
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with call auditing software and CRM systems
